Favorite Toy

The only toy that will keep Ryleigh entertained for more than 30 seconds at home is the baby stroller her Grandma and Grandpa got her for Christmas. She will play with this forever. Any other toy we give her she takes one look at it and is headed for something other than her toys. Shoes are her favorite. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa McDowell!

Proof

Ok, here is the proof of Ryleigh crawling. I was blogging before she went to bed tonight and I saw her crawl to get a little twisty on the floor. I quickly grabbed the camera and moved the twisty to see if she would do it again. Sure enough. Here it is. No more dropping twisties on the floor Dad.

And so the messes begin

Ryleigh has been very mobile this past week. She started crawling but we have only witnessed it a few times. However, she finds other ways to get around. This morning she was on the floor in the kitchen and some how found a way to get to the dog water. Of course she spilled it and then played in it. We heard Lizzie lapping up something and then discovered Ryleigh's mess.

Little Shrimp

We have been using our highchair with out the tray because Ryleigh was too short for it and she really didn't need it. Now that she can feed herself some things we decided to put the tray on. And still, she is too short. We might have to sit her on some phone books if she doesn't get taller soon. We have a shrimp for a daughter.
