Happy 5th Birthday, Bailey!

Bailey turned 5 on Wednesday.  The babysitter had a happy birthday sign hanging up with balloons when I dropped her off in the morning and then we sang "Happy Birthday" and she blew out some candles on cupcakes when we picked her up.  Jamie is so good to my children.  We love her!

Then we did dinner, Bailey picked Arctic Circle and we opened some fun gifts.

Pillow pet from Uncle Travis' family

A necklace with a "B" on it from Mom and Dad.

A monkey purse from Grandpa and Grandma Larsen.

The Good Dinosaur from Grandpa and Grandma McDowell.

A dress from Hawaii from Aunt Nicole's family.

Rainbow Dash from Ryleigh.

A doll from Mom and Dad.

And this is how Bentley felt about not being able to open any presents or play with any of them.

We had her birthday party on Friday evening.  She wanted a rainbow butterfly cake this year so I made a butterfly out of cupcakes.

Which meant everything had to be butterfly themed.

Blowing our her candle.

All the kids enjoying the cupcakes.

And they had fun making butterflies to take home.

Happy Birthday, Bailey!  We love you!

Happy Easter

We had the Goodloes over during Spring Break to decorate cookies.

Bentley tried to eat this one.  He put his sad face on when I told him he couldn't eat the shell.

The Easter Bunny stopped by our house.

Ready for church

The only indication that fall is here is...

Halloween sugar cookies...

and the pumpkin patch!
The girls love the hayride out to the middle of the patch.

Bentley, not so much.  He freaked out when we got back on after we found our pumpkins.

Ryleigh found hers first.

Bailey found hers!

Bentley found his.

Holding on tight to their pumpkins on the hayride back.

We have had a really warm fall this year.  We haven't even put the shorts away.  The forecast this week seems that maybe fall really is here.  I love this time of year!

Fall Soccer

Fall soccer has almost come to an end.  We have 1 game left.  Ryleigh has decided that she doesn't want to play soccer anymore.  She wants to give softball a try like her cousin Ashlyn.  When she puts effort and cares, she plays a pretty good game.

Devin coached again.  He couldn't handle sitting on the side last season while the coaches didn't know what they were doing.

Kid Pictures

We took the kids out this evening to get some pictures.  I was pleased with the outcome.
